Getting Clutter out of Your Life

If you’ve got junk in your cupboards and piles of paper gathering in corners; if you’re processing grief and disappointment regarding persons or situations in your life, you’ve got stuck energy!

When clutter starts creeping into your home and your life, it’s going to have a negative impact on your energy and your health. The cleanliness and organization of your home is a direct reflection of your life, your health, your well being and your thoughts!

Clutter creates “stuck energy” and can cause negative effects in all areas of your life. It may make you feel tired, stressed, short tempered, overwhelmed, and out of control. It traps you into living in the past, and makes you fearful of moving into the future. It ties up all your energy in clothes you will never wear, and JUNK you can’t let go of.

Until you start peeling away the layers of STUFF that is blocking your energy and your space you can’t even imagine how much more energy you could have. Clutter is the manifestation of an inability to DECIDE. This indecision robs you of your self-confidence. There’s no clarity, purpose, focus or drive. You’re just stuck. And, if you’ve been doing it for a while, your home and environment will start to reflect this indecision and keep you pinned in a state of feeling drained and unproductive.

The BIGGEST factor affecting your 
self-confidence is indecision! No matter how much you ignore it, avoid it, or try to live around it, clutter waits for you patiently, building, piling and growing out of control.  Clutter is like flab and when it goes away you feel so much better.

What kind of clutter do you have to get rid of? Is it relationship clutter- people who drain you of your enthusiasm? Is it mental clutter – where you feel you have too much to do and too little time? How about physical clutter- just having too much stuff blocking energy flow? You might have unfinished business clutter- half completed projects lying around or hidden in closets. Do you have hording clutter- things you keep because they could be useful someday, or are you a compulsive clatterer?  Are you compulsively consuming and collecting at a tremendous rate of speed? Break free! Redefine your life and be the person you want to be.
